Develop and implement a comprehensive project risk management framework for multiple projects simultaneously
Identify and assess project risks, both qualitatively and quantitatively, and devise effective mitigation strategies in close collaboration with project teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate risk management into project planning and execution processes
Conduct regular risk assessment and provide timely updates to facilitate informed decision-making and proactive risk communication during project lifecycles
Monitor and track risk mitigation activities to ensure effectiveness and timely resolution
Facilitate risk workshops and train project teams on risk management best practices
Provide insights and recommendations on risk exposure and potential impacts on project timelines, budgets and mitigation efforts

Wen wir suchen

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Several years of professional experience as a risk manager, preferably in the semiconductor industry
Proven experience in project risk management, with a track record of successfully mitigating project risks; within the semiconductor or related industry with a focus on RD projects preferred
Strong understanding of RD processes and project management methodologies their application in technical environments
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and proactive problem-solving with a focus on driving solutions
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management tools and software
