Main Tasks:

  • Support the common Group strategy for the Engineering Platform (including PLM and CAD systems) by the execution of assigned projects and tasks.
  • Collect, inventorize, harmonize and prioritize the requirements from the Business Units and translate them into user stories.
  • Within the assigned projects, be the leader of a multidisciplinary team (domain experts and software developers) review and actively contribute to the development of optimal procedures and techniques to achieve the project goals, tasks, timelines, and milestones.
  • Setup and manage the delivery plans that are aligned with the Group Platform Engineering Manager in relation to the project.
  • Directly contribute to the execution of the stage gate process, as per company procedure on the assigned projects.
  • Project execution relying on Agile and Scrum ensuring the control of resources, quality, scope, and budget of the projects.

Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of transformers
  • Advanced knowledge in project management and experience in mechanical transformer design
  • User knowledge regarding Scrum method
  • Expert knowledge in common engineering tools like Solid Edge, Siemens NX and Solid Works
  • User knowledge in the area of .NET programming
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
