Your new responsibilities

  • Support the Mass Market Lead in the development of the global Mass Market (MM) strategy of the business unit and support its implementation
  • Define and coordinate commercial MM activities across different product lines and consolidate on business unit level (e.g. pricing strategy, ship debit, KPI tracking)
  • Build strong relationships to distribution partners as well as internal MM sales organization across all regions to create and leverage business opportunities – ensure regular alignments
  • Drive preparation and execution of MM product launches – including creation and adaption of collaterals as well as MarCom activities
  • Coordinate the improvement of MM-related tools, websites or other digital marketing activities

What we look for

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or comparable field of study
  • Relevant professional experience in commercial marketing or sales (ideally mass market experience in the semiconductor industry working for a manufacturer or an electronic components distributor) ndash; alternatively management consulting experience is also possible
  • High affinity to data analysis and top management reporting (incl. MS PPT Excel skills) ndash; able to balance details and the big picture
  • Excellent coordination, communication and networking skills to address international partners and internal teams
  • Intermediate/advanced level experience in Sales digital platforms ndash; SAP/Salesforce/ Forecasting Tool and Power BI
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Ability willingness to travel on a regular basis
